During my recent stay at Hotel Astria, I was warmly welcomed by Solène, whose hospitality set the tone for our delightful visit. The location is superb, nestled near the serene St Clair beach, allowing us to wander down a charming path leading directly to the picturesque port and the enchanting village of Le Lavandou, where we immersed ourselves in the Southern charm. We stayed in a well-appointed room featuring a private entrance, air conditioning, and a balcony with stunning sea views—a perfect retreat after our archaeological excursions. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, offering a vantage point to enjoy both the culinary delights and the breathtaking scenery. I cannot recommend this idyllic hotel highly enough for those seeking a blend of relaxation and cultural experiences in this beautiful part of France.
